As the Paul, Weiss hiring partner, I spend a lot of time talking to law students about what I think differentiates Paul, Weiss from our peer firms. That our firm continues to thrive and prosper. I often say that a day doesn’t go by that I don’t find myself learning something new: about my clients, their industries, or the law. All of these things make our practice more interesting than most.
